Keeneyville is a community in DuPage County, Illinois, United States that is not formally incorporated. Situated in Bloomingdale Township, Keeneyville lies along Gary Avenue to the south of Lake Street (U.S. Route 20), near the southern edges of Hanover Park and Roselle.
The name Keeneyville honors Albert Keeney, a pioneering figure who played a significant role in the town’s early settlement and development.
Elementary education in the area is overseen by Keeneyville School District 20. The district is home to three schools, including Spring Wood Middle School and Greenbrook Elementary School, both located in Hanover Park, Waterbury Elementary School in Roselle, and the Early Childhood Center, also situated in Hanover Park.
