Orland Hills, previously known as Westhaven, is a municipality located in Cook County, Illinois, in the United States. According to the 2020 census, the village had a population of 6,893 residents.

Orland Hills is situated amidst Orland Park and Tinley Park, featuring two lakes named Lake Ashbourne and Lake Lorin, as well as being the location of Kelly Park.

The 2021 census gazetteer files report that Orland Hills encompasses a total area of 1.15 square miles (2.98 km2), with 1.15 square miles (2.98 km2) (or 99.31%) consisting of land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) (or 0.69%) composed of water.

In 2023, Orland Hills falls under the6th Congressional District in Illinois. The village of Orland Hills is governed by a village board led by a mayor.

The student population of Orland Hills is predominantly divided between Victor J. Andrew High School and Carl Sandburg High School, with those living south of Meadowview Avenue attending the former and those living north of Meadowview Avenue attending the latter.

Orland Hills is served by two primary school districts:140 and Orland School

Cardinal Joseph Bernadine Catholic School, known as CJB, is located in Orland Hills and is operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago.

Pace offers bus transportation along Route 364, linking Orland Hills with various locations throughout the Southland region.
