West Dundee is a municipality located in Kane County, Illinois, in the United States. According to the 2020 US Census, the village has a population of 7,686. Situated in the far northwest region of Chicago, West Dundee is often regarded as a suburb of the city.
The village of West Dundee is situated on the western bank of the Fox River, facing East Dundee and Carpentersville on the opposite side.
